Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping options to ensure your order reaches you conveniently:

Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Express Shipping:
Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days (additional charges apply).
Shipping Charges
- Free Standard Shipping:
On orders above ₹999.
- Express Shipping Fee:
₹150 flat fee for all express orders.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- Sunglasses and Eyeglass Frames:
Processing time is typically 24-48 hours.
- Powered/Numbered Lenses with Frames:
Due to customization, processing and delivery may take 10-12 days.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your package.
Delivery Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays may cause slight disruptions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us on the same day as delivery with the following:
- An unboxing video clearly showing the damaged or incorrect item.
- Your order number and other relevant details.
The video must be uploaded, and our team will review it. If the claim is verified, we will accept the return and provide further instructions. Please note that claims without an unboxing video will not be entertained.
